I understand that I am fully responsible for the care, safe operation, and condition of the boat, engine, and all related equipment during the rental period.
I understand that operating the boat in shallow water, striking the bottom, rocks, docks, debris, or any underwater object may cause damage to the propeller, lower unit, hull, or engine, and I agree that I am financially responsible for any such damage.
I understand that operating the boat in areas containing weeds, grass, mud, or other obstructions may cause the engine to overheat or sustain damage. I agree that I am responsible for any damage caused by overheating due to weeds or improper operation.
I agree to immediately stop operating the vessel if warning alarms sound, if the engine overheats, or if I suspect damage has occurred.
I understand that I am responsible for all repair costs, towing charges, loss of use, and any associated expenses resulting from damage caused during my rental period.
I authorize the company to charge the credit card listed below for damages, repairs, or other amounts owed under this Agreement.
I acknowledge that I have received and understand all operating and safety instructions for the vessel.
